1. No disclosure for third party marketing. Kipper Inc. will not rent or sell your personal information to third parties.
2. Information collected and displayed about the Donations that you have made. Kipper Inc. collects information on your donations individually (for example, amount of a donation, recipient of a donation) and in the aggregate (for example, number of donations and the distribution of those donations by program).
3. Information collected, displayed and used for other features on the Website. As you use additional features on the Website or otherwise participate in the Program, we may collect any additional information you choose to provide in order to facilitate the operation of these features on the Website or your participation in the Program. For example:
a. Donations. Kipper Inc. collects information on any donations you make to Kipper Inc. (whether through the Website or offline) to communicate with you (for example, to provide donation confirmations) via your email address, physical address or through other means of contact that you have chosen to provide to Kipper Inc.
b. Applications. If you submit an application to Kipper Inc. (for example, scholarships, nominations or inquiries), we collect the information you submit (for example, name, phone number, resume, or cover letter) to assess the application and follow up with you on such submission. Kipper Inc. will not disclose this information to any third party.
4. Information from cookies and web beacons. Cookies are small text files created by a website that store information on your computer, such as your preferences when visiting that website. 7. Retention period. Kipper Inc. reserves the right to retain your personal information for a period of seven years or more to satisfy legal requirements such as record-keeping and tax and credit reporting requirements, as well as for purposes of fraud prevention, audit and data integrity. In addition, Kipper Inc. reserves the right to indefinitely retain information that does not directly identify you, for example, aggregated or anonymized data.
